Inspired by the hospitality culture and lifestyle expectations of the GCC region, the beach club has been thoughtfully conceived as a sophisticated private marina experience.
A specially engineered sliding platform concept allows the area to be elegantly divided into two private sections, offering both flexibility and discretion for owners and guests alike.
Positioned just above the waterline, the space creates a seamless transition between ocean and yacht.
The extended swim platform unfolds into a refined arrival lounge where guests may board directly from tender or
jet ski with complete ease, privacy, and elegance.
This is not merely an arrival point it is an experience in itself.
As evening falls, the atmosphere transforms into something truly unforgettable: golden sunsets reflecting across calm waters,
